At Hussain Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your order specifications, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product received is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong fabric or product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or care.
Custom-cut or specially prepared fabric, unless it was defective or incorrectly supplied by Hussain Fabrics.
Items returned after the applicable return period.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact Hussain Fabrics within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number.
Reason for the return.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue, if applicable. (The photos and videos must be provided within 1–2 days of delivery.)
Our team will review your request and inform you whether the return or exchange is approved.
4. Return Shipping
For returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
