1. About Hussain Fabrics
Hussain Fabrics is a fabric store based in Peshawar, Pakistan, offering unstitched fabrics for customers across Pakistan.
All orders are placed through our Shopify online store.
2. Products & Measurements
Our fabrics are sold by meter, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
All product descriptions, measurements, and images are provided to help customers make an informed purchase.
Fabric colors may appear slightly different from the actual product due to lighting conditions, photography, and differences between device screens and displays.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and measurements before placing an order.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices displayed on our Shopify store are subject to change without prior notice.
Hussain Fabrics reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue products and prices at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer may choose between an available replacement or a refund for the unavailable item.
4. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, delivery address, phone number, and other required information when placing an order.
Hussain Fabrics is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed through our Shopify store.
5. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online Payments
For online payments, the order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed, dispatched, or prepared in a way that makes cancellation impossible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Delivery
Hussain Fabrics currently delivers within Pakistan.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
Hussain Fabrics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns & Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, customers must provide clear photos and videos within 1–2 days of delivery so that the issue can be reviewed.

9. Custom-Cut & Cut-to-Length Fabrics
Custom-cut fabrics are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cut-to-length fabrics are eligible for refunds and exchanges, subject to the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers are responsible for confirming their required fabric quantity and specifications before placing an order.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
For Cash on Delivery orders, Hussain Fabrics will provide the applicable refund through an agreed available method.
11. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, descriptions, prices, and images displayed on our Shopify store are accurate.
However, minor differences in color, appearance, or presentation may occur due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
12. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, fabric designs, and other intellectual property displayed on the Hussain Fabrics Shopify store belong to their respective manufacturers, brands, or rights holders.
